If Cheatyface is in your hand, you may sneak Cheatyface onto the battlefield. If an opponent catches you right away, that player may exile Cheatyface.
Flying
You must legally get Cheatyface into your hand before you can attempt to sneak it onto the battlefield. For example, you can’t sneak it in from your sideboard or collection during a game.
